Originally from upstate New York, Wendy Fant went to college and was a business major at SUNY at Cobleskill. After college she ran her family business. Wendy eventually sold the business and went into real estate as a licensed agent with Coldwell Banker Prime Properties. She obtained her GRI designation (Graduate of Real Estate Institute) from the New York Association of Realtors. Wendy later accepted a position with DCG development company as a property manager and handled corporate housing worldwide for GE and TIA Corporation. In 2004 Wendy relocated to Arizona where she managed properties throughout the state for Residential Asset Management and later Golba Group. She was responsible for over 500 single-family homes as well as obtaining new property management clients. In 2008 Wendy was awarded Property Manager of the Year. She is a current member of National Association of Property Managers, Institute of Real Estate Management, Arizona Multi Family Association, Arizona Association of Realtors, Scottsdale Area Association of Realtors, and is a candidate for the Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation.
